KD Mlejn je obecně prospěšnou společností, věnuje se kulturně-vzdělávací činnosti. Pokračuje v tradici Klubu Mlejn, který funguje od roku 1988 a patří mezi významné divadelní, folkové a rockové scény v ČR. Program je velmi rozmanitý.
